Our apartments are fully self-catering. Guests can enter the apartment by themselves, without having to wait for a staff member.
Check-in to our apartments is based on codes and electronic handles.
On the day of your arrival, you will receive information by text message.
There, we provide you with important instructions for check-in.
Of course, we are available by phone for any questions.

According to our rules and regulations, check-in to the apartment is possible from 15:00, while check-out should be no later than 11:00. In exceptional situations, upon your request for an extension of the hotel night, we try to make it possible (this depends on the preceding or subsequent bookings for the apartment you are renting). Extension free of charge, if possible, can take place until a maximum of 12:00 pm. Any extension beyond the mentioned 12:00 pm, will incur additional costs.

Payments

Reservations made through sales channels, i.e. Booking or Airbnb are paid online, and it is these platforms that are direct payment takers. To them you should direct any questions about the date of charging your card or the reason for rejecting payment.
For direct bookings, you can pay by bank transfer to our bank account or by cash at the property.

If there are any problems with payment for reservations made through booking portals, please contact the customer service department of these sales platforms.

Yes. If you wish to obtain an invoice, you should notify us of this fact no later than on the day of check-in, providing all the necessary data:
1. nip/ if named invoice - name, surname, address of residence.
2. e-mail address, to which we will send the invoice

Equipment

Yes. Bed linen and towels are prepared in the apartment, in an amount corresponding to the number of people registered in the reservation. In addition to towels, our apartments are also equipped with hair dryers and washing machines.

Kitchenettes in our apartments are equipped with: refrigerator, hob, electric kettle, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, corkscrew, cutting board, pots, pans and toaster. Most of them also have ovens or microwaves, as well as coffee makers. The exact equipment, of each apartment is included in the description.

At the moment, we do not have a breakfast service in all our apartments. Instead, we put at your disposal an apartment with a kitchenette fully equipped with basic dishes and utensils.

There is no additional charge for children under 3 years of age to stay in the apartment if they sleep with their parents on the main bed.

Our standard equipment for an apartment for 2 people is a double bed, where 2 pillows and one comforter are prepared. At your request, we can prepare additional separate bedding such as a sofa bed or an additional quilt. Bedding an extra bed is possible only in selected apartments that have an extra sofa bed. Preparation of additional bedding is possible in each apartment.
Such information should be reported to us immediately after booking.
This does not involve any additional costs for you.

Subject

There are public parking spaces at all of our apartment locations. Thus, public paid parking spaces are available for your use. Payment should be made at the parking meter. Payment is valid Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Jagiellońska Apartments: public parking paid in a parking meter located around the apartment house on Stary Port, Pocztowa or Franciszka Druckiego-Lubeckiego streets.

Our apartments on Jagiellonska Street and St. The apartments on St. Florian Street are located in tenements and do not have elevators.
In contrast, the apartments on 39 Dolina Street are located on the first floor, while the building itself has an elevator.

Yes. Two apartments located on ul. Jagiellońska 12 have a balcony and are marked as: "Apartment with balcony".

Valley 39 Apartment 1A and 1B: Pets accepted for an additional fee.

Other apartments: pets are not accepted.

Air conditioning is provided in all apartments located on Jagiellonian Street and portable air conditioning in an apartment on St. George Street. Florian.
