FACILITY REGULATIONS
These rules and regulations are designed to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all our guests.
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE REGULATIONS
- The Regulations set out the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay on the premises of the Apartments and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation or paying a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay. By performing the aforementioned action, the Guest confirms that he or she has read the terms and conditions and accepts them.
- The rules and regulations apply to all guests staying at the “Ottimo Apartments” . The regulations are available for review at each apartment, as well as on the website https://ottimo-apartamenty.pl
- The owner of “Ottimo Apartments” is the company Ottimo Invest Dariusz Wende ul. Gronostajowa 23 86-031 Osielsko NIP: 8792455564
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- Ottimo Apartments are rented by the day.
- Check-in at the apartment begins at 15:00 and ends at 11:00 on the last day of your stay.
- Check-in is possible from 15:00 with no time limit.
- Early departure of the Guest, for reasons beyond the control of the owners of the apartment, does not entitle the Guest to claim a refund of the amount for the unused service.
- Wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on arrival, the guest should notify the apartment staff in advance. They will be taken into account as far as possible, especially the availability of individual apartments.
- Curfew is in effect from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. With regard to persons behaving inappropriately, disrupting order, failing to observe quiet hours and generally accepted standards of good behavior, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the contract.
- Only the declared number of people can stay in the apartment.
- The apartment can be used exclusively for accommodation purposes.
- In case of cancellation of the Guest’s stay during the hotel day, the service provider will not refund the fee for the unused nights.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
- The customer may change the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival. The customer should contact the property for this purpose at 791-229-248 or via email at kontakt@ottimo-apartamenty.pl
- The possibility of change applies to the date, location and apartment. Making a change may involve a change in the rental price.
- In case of non-cancellation of the reservation or failure to arrive at the Ottimo Apartments property on the scheduled date, the fee for the stay will not be refunded.
SERVICES
- Ottimo Apartments provide free of charge to its guests:
- Wi-Fi,
- Netflix access,
- Technically efficient service – in the event of a defect that cannot be corrected, the service provider will endeavor to replace the room to the best of its ability or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
- Parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc. are strictly prohibited in Ottimo Apartments facilities.
- Smoking and other “stimulants” (including in the window or on the balcony) is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment. Respect it – other guests/children do not want to smell cigarettes in the apartment.
- Violation of the ban will result in the expulsion of guests from the apartment and a regulatory fine. Attention! Penalty for organizing an event PLN 1000
- Guests of the apartment are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms. Damage means both the destruction/damage of items of room equipment and their loss. In the event of damage to the room through the fault of the Guest or through the fault of visitors, the Guest is obliged to cover the cost of its repair. Parents are responsible for damages caused by children.
- Guests should report any deficiencies or defects found in the apartment on the day of check-in.
- Failure to submit comments and objections (in writing: text message, email, etc.) as to the technical condition on the day of check-in to the apartment, is equivalent to the fact that the apartment, as well as the equipment contained therein, was put to use in a condition that does not raise comments and objections of the guest.
- Each time a guest leaves the apartment, for safety reasons, they should turn off the TV, turn off the lights, turn off the taps and close the door.
ADVERTISEMENTS
- Guests have the right to file complaints if they notice deficiencies in the quality of services provided, through the contact information provided on the website https://ottimo-apartamenty.pl
- In order for a complaint to be considered, it must be submitted in writing to the address of the company’s headquarters available at https://ottimo-apartamenty.pl or electronically to kontakt@ottimo-apartamenty.pl. The complaint should contain the following information: reservation number, description of the situation subject to complaint.
- The complaint will be considered within a maximum of 30 days from its receipt. Information on the outcome of the complaint will be sent to the Client at the e-mail address, mailing address or by telephone.
- If the complaint is accepted, the customer will be compensated in an amount proportional to the damage suffered.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
- In apartments “Ottimo Apartments” we do not accept pets.
- Guests may not transfer keys, cards and codes to the apartment to third parties, even if the period for which they have paid the fee due for the stay has not expired.
- “Ottimo Apartments” is not responsible for repair and finishing works in and around the building and any immissions in particular noise from neighboring properties.
- The property is not responsible for precious things, money and documents left in the apartment, as well as for possible damage to the car in the parking space.
- Garbage garbage cans in the apartments are located in individual locations:
Apartments on Dolina 39 Street, there is a separate room in the main building with garbage bins.
Apartments on St. Floriana 3 Street you should go down a floor below the exit of the building, take the key from the apartment with you.
Apartments on Jagiellońska 12 Street you should go behind the barrier and go deep into the courtyard heading to the left.
